Anna Godbersen has taught Creative Writing at NYU, where she was the Axinn Foundation Writer-in-Residence and the NYU Veterans Writing Workshop fellow, as well as with Catapult and the Sackett Street Writers Workshop. Courses taught include Introduction to Creative Writing, Advanced Workshop, Genre-Bending, YA and Manuscript Generator classes. She loves working with writers at every stage of a project and at every phase in the development of their writing practice, voice and style. Her approach is practical and based on her experience writing, revising and publishing ten novels. Her goal is to encourage and to help writers through blocks, be they emotional or technical.
